I have 3 custom order fields in which I want to store actual ship cost, ship date and ship method. These are fields for our reference, and are hidden from the customer.
 
Is there a way to view or edit these fields through the admin area?

Most probably you need to contact our Support Centre, as it seems that this needs custom programming.
