We're having a problem with downloadable products, where while the customer is downloading their product, they are unable to continue to browse the website until the download is completed.
 
For anyone else, the site works fine. It only affects the customer that's downloading.
 
Is anyone else experiencing this, or have you experienced it, and found a way around it? Or are you just living with it?
