The download feature is not working at all
 
Not With IE6 or 7
Not With Firefox
 
And the downloaded file get corrupted
 
What is the problem? How to fix that issue?
 
I'm using the latest version 3.0 + the patches

We have tested download scripts in all these browsers and don't see any problems.
Please give us access to your web site so we can investigate and try to fix the problem if it deals with our download scripts. Use your support request to provide private information. Don't publish it on forum.
