I am trying to switch to a new host in the US, the UK server is too slow. My site is currently hosted by ViArt as I am using the "ViArt Shop Hosted".
 
I am trying to figure out how I can download MySQL database from the ViArt server to my computer, so then I can later set up the database on the new server in the US...
