To verify the registration details for newsletters it would be good to be able to send a verification email including a verification link. This way spam can be avoided.

Is this feature available now in current version 3.3 or any upgrade version?

According to support this is not available at the moment but MAY be planned in the future. It should really be a standard feature though.
