I want to add links in the top right of the header to include links in the shopping cart to go to "Membership, Volunteer, and Make A Donation" links. Where can I make these updates in the header file? Silimar to what you can see in http://www.parksconservancy.org/

In regard to initial question about "Different layout setting in Different template" we can answer that it's not possible in the current version.
