Brief.
We have issued a fix for problem with tracking error after release 3.3.1 has been issued.
Description.
An error like the following can appear after activating 'ViArt Tracking' on Administration > System > Global Settings.
DB Error 1054
MySQL Error: Out of range value adjusted for column 'week_added' at row 1
Solution.
Please download a script from here:
http://www.viart.com/downloads/va_fix_tracking-3.3.1.zip
Then extract it into the root folder of your shop and run in web browser window like in the following example:
http://www.example.com/va_fix_tracking.php
Don't forget to make a backup copy of the database in case something goes wrong.
You should see query text in case operation was completed successfully.
After database update is completed just delete this file from web site root.
