I run a photo publishing business and I am having trouble figuring out how to get a field either in the customer's profile/basket page or in the final checkout page that would allow them to upload their photos to us.
 
As of now we are simply telling them to upload their photo in the confirmation e-mail they are sending out. Would this be something we have to create a whole new page for, is there a way to create a customer field to upload to our server?
 
Any thoughts or help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have seen an option for them to upload, but it is in regards to their own products and what not. I run a photo business and need to have people upload their photos so we can make their orders.
 
I can't seem to find anything in the manual or that would work, so I am coding a new PHP page that would allow me to get the photos up using a custom page. If I figure it out, I will post it up here and you can get it form me if need be (or hopefully they will correct me and show me before I screw up the whole cart!)

To upload files by users you can use an Upload option which allows users to upload different files which can be later reviewed by sales managers.
