Something I just had implemented, in case anyone wants to share in the cost if you have a need for such feature is the following:
I wanted to be able to send and save emails to my customers individually, also allowing html customizing to the email, sort of like the newsletter feature.
Here's what I had done:
When you click on the customer's email from the admin_users screen, it takes you to a support ticket with the customer's information pre-filled. Then, the support ticket has the ability to use html/txt optioning. Also available, I had tags feature enabled so that I can utilize tag's. Now, when you save this, the customer gets an email, and it saves it in a ticket and you can select closed if you don't need/require a response.
Then, I renamed the support requests in the user home page to be message center.
This is a great feature, and my customer's and admin's love it. It works superbly. If anyone wants this feature, I'm willing to send you the updated files if you want to pay part of the customization costs.
