I'm working on setting up an online textbook store, and need to add product specifications such as ISBN, UPC, authors/editors (multiple - up to three per book), Library of Congress, large print, abridged editions, and subject data.
 
These aren't "options", since the customer will never have to choose them - it's not like the authors/editors change based on customer desire.
 
Is there a way to add these specifications into the base view?

In your case you can use either Specification of the product or options with Control Type LABEL.

Thanks - that does help. Is there a way to import the specifications? There's no template that is exported, even though I manually entered several specs. Ideally, I want to be able to use a CSV export of my Excel data on specifications, thus being able to import the whole shebang onto the site at once.
