When a customer places an order for a certain product, it would be nice to have the option to have a custom message sent for that product.
 
This would allow for specific usage/warrantee/etc. information to be sent to customers mailboxes without them having to hunt down the correct information.
 
Also, it would make the order feel much more personal when they get a message that says ...
 
"Thank you for purchasing XYZ product ..."
 
"Here are some tips on how to use XYZ product: ..."

Actually, ViArt Shop already has such functionality. To attune your custom message for a certain product, please go to Administration > Products > Products&Categories, select a certain product and click the Edit link. Go to the 'Notification' tab, select under what status to send the notification and enter the information you want to send to your customers in the Messages textarea.
