I am currently organising the currencies on my site, and the automatic exchange rate update function is broken. I have checked the server, there are no firewall problems or anything like that. The message I get is:
 
Can't connect to remote host: currencysource.com
 
Does anyone know what the problem here could be?

Please, send us the request to support@viart.com with the Admin and FTP Details to your site so we could check the problem. We have checked the currencies update on our site and it works correctly.
