When my customers get to order_info.php and enter their customer information, the "Continue" button fails to direct them to the credit card information entry page. So, our cart is effectively offline.
 
This just happened after months of successful operations. No files appear to be missing or changed and the database is intact.
 
Anyone have any ideas?

We are seeing the same thing although it happens only to some customers. We're investigating why this is.
