A small detail, yet this is somewhat annoying. If your adding blocks to a cart and trying to locate it from the list its difficult to read down them as they aren't sorted in any obvious order.
 
The "Products" block list is massive and particularly time consuming.

This is very true and very frustrating. As i have to read through each entry to find the block im looking for.
 
The sorting should have been a basic feature, quite odd.

It is one of the minor but key items that need addressing and would make Viart a much tidier program as well as easier to use. Often professionalism is in the detail.

Indeed, a way to sort in order would be good, in fact vital to the efficient, smooth running operation of an ecommerce store. i support this request.
