We started project with 3.3.1 and in between unfortunately we used 3.3 files. but now some mess-up happened between version 3.3 and 3.3.1. We want to make sure that we have all 3.3.1 files in our project.Please advise us.

You can download the 3.3.1 version for here:
http://www.viart.com/tracking_downloads.php?fn=viart_shop_free-3.3.1.exe
and check if you have all files in your shopping cart comparing them with the files of the downloaded version.

3.3 is at http://www.viart.com/tracking_downloads.php?fn=viart_shop_free-3.3.exe so if you compare with the download from Natalias link you can see the differences between the two.... and then upgrade to 3.3.2
