Are you good with HTML? You can edit the header in your templates directory - /templates/user/header.html . Try replacing the ViArt logo with your large image and go from there...
 
I made my left-hand menu a static menu within a custom block. You can also edit the default menu css to make it vertical.. but you may not be able to place it where you want.

For example i have an shop.jpg in folder images. which way i need set to this image?

I just use the complete website address to keep it simple ...
