and I have a bunch of questions. How do you delete a category? I can't seem to find the button. How do you delete more than one product at a time? Where is the search button for this forum? Where's the slick mootools menu? I couldn't find anything in the manual.

To delete a category:
 
Click 'edit' next to the category name. Once it opens, at the very bottom, there's a button 'Delete'.
 
As far as deleting multiple products at once: click the top left corner box. it will hightlight all of the products. Go to the bottom of the page, and click the link that says 'remove'
