Hello, this is my first time configuring these 2 modules on ViArt and I am completely stuck. These are the last 2 things I need to get working for my customer and this is waaaaay overdue. Can anyone advise?? I tried support, but haven't gotten a response in several days.
1. UPS: I keep getting the following error: "UPS. Error occured: 250003 - Invalid Access License number" I have verified the developers key a hundred times and completed all 14 parameters, but still get this error. I read somewhere in this forum that the shipping module only works for large sized packages. Is this correct? My customer only sells smaller items shipping in 11 x 11 x 9 inch boxes from the US to US and Canada only.
SOLUTION: Enabled all types of delivery services within the UPS module and viola! - it started working. Originally, I only marked Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Overnight Air as active and disabled the other services. Once I re-enabled them, it started working. Then I went back and disabled the unwanted services and it has worked since.
2. Authorize.net SIM: I am using the Simple Integration Method, thinking that it would be best for them to be responsbile for storing sensitive payment information instead of my customer's, and have it set to Test Mode with the Response/Receipt URLs set to my order_final.php page and I continue to get Error 14: "The referrer, relay response or receipt link URL is invalid." What am I missing? Does this have something to do with a fingerprint hash that has to be sent? Previously, I would get a ViArt message stating that "Can't find appropriative order". Now I am getting error 14 and did not change anything. Anyone else have this problem?
Running ViArt Shop Enterprise v.3.6
Thanks so much for any thoughts or suggestions.
Sincerely,
Mary

I heard from ViArt Support and they are helping me with my problems, but just in case someone else is getting a UPS error I thought I'd share one lesson: a part of my issue (though it is still not completly resolved) was that I was using my UPS Developer's Key instead of an actual Access Key. I did not know you have to log back in to UPS Online Tools and request an actual HTML or XML access key using one's Developer's Key. I haphazardly tried HTML and XML. HTML continued to give me errors, but the XML did not display any errors; however, no shipping calculations were performed either. At least now I understand that the Developer's Key is not the same as the Access Key. Hope this helps someone :)
