Presently, Chinese language is not supported by ViArt that is why when you access the admin panel with English language encoding and type Chinese hieroglyphs you get the following symbols 軟འ
To make the language work correctly you should have appropriate encoding when you are on the page, the same is for the database, it should also have the same encoding.
