I've worked with the trial version and want to now have my site hosted by Viart with the work i've done to date. When i go to put in the order, it asks for hostname, then says eg.www.viart.com. What are they wanting here, my domain name or what?
 
How can i be sure that the work i've done on my trial site will be saved too?

I have a terrible experience with Viart I was interested to acquire a suitable product for an online store. I then thought I would try the Viart Lite because it has a 30 Day money back guarantee. I found another product which are more suited to my needs. I never used the Viart product and don't intend doing so ever. I have requested the support desk to stop deducting recurring payments from my credit card, but they just keep on deducting. I have posted numerous requests to helpdesk, sales desk without effect.
