I've mentioned this in an email to Viart, maybe they missed it because V 3.4.5 still has it broken.
Go to user admin, support requests, create a new support request.
Now log out if you want and log in again, go to user home, my support requests> nothing there. It's in the admin database though.

I'm not sure what to tell you Mark. It doesn't error on my system. I'm not sure.. maybe your Cache isn't renewing correctly? Hopefully ViArt helps you out quickly with this, as I see it as a VERY important fix for you. Support Center for me is a huge necessity
