Does anyone know if this error is specific to database or template?
Also, does anyone know the time-zone ViArt is in? I submitted a support request for this error yesterday (Thursday) but it still hasn't been viewed and it's now noon on Friday. Perhaps today is a holiday where they are? (They usually view and respond much quicker than this so I was wondering.)
