Blank screen after upload

Our site www.viart.com site is operated by latest Viart Shop 5 with default Clear design

Hi there,

I've followed every step. My host provides me with a webspace, fully equipped with PHP 5.x and the compatible version of Zend (yes, i checked). I have upload the files in binary mode, and when i surf to the root of my site, I get a blank page. Same when i direct my browser to the install.php or admin/ folder.

What could this be ?

Hi,

Seems you have solved you problem.
Was it because of uploading license not in BINARY mode or anything else?

Stupid, stupid me...

Indeed, the problem is solved, and fairly easy. This is what happens when you chmod your files the wrong way, (700 ?). No-one was able to read anything in my webroot...

It looks that I have the same problem, but do you now the permissions i must set the file's .
( wich are the standaard setiings )
