Going through the installation process, Step 3 is where it prompts me to choose a layout. No matter what layout/template I select, it gives me a blank page.
 
I also tried downloading the zip package and the exectuable with no luck.

XP? Server 03 or 08? Vista? W7? Linux?
 
1. Check your folder permissions.
 
2. Make a phpinfo.php test page and check to make sure everything is kosher.
