iam using viart version 3.3.1 latest release in that
after adding item to cart it show item in basket page properly,but after uncheck option "Enable Coupons" in the product setting through admin the values are not visible only "remove" link is visible.

The cart does not display the item name and similar as most probably you haven't ticked off to display these and other columns via Administration > Products > Products Settings > Cart Columns Sections. Please tick off the necessary options and the corresponding columns will be displayed on the cart page.
