I have tried to add banner to mysite, without luck. Anyone tell me what i must be doing wrong?
 
They are active.

describe what you exactly did, that will help telling you what have gone wrong. Also see your previous post for my comments.

With regards to your last comments, I already e-mailed you earlier today.
 
Admin>CMS>Banner>Created a banner group>created a banner>made them both active. added banner to available banner>went to home page (CMS), transferred over the banner to one of the columns. No banner
 
Perhaps you can list the steps, so I can follow.

Check whether you have clicked on "Is Active" and assigned any group to the banner at the bottom. The box on the right where it says "Use the banner with groups below" should not be left blank and you can add the banner group available from the left box. Hope this will fix your problem.

Done all that. They are active. Transferred from left box to the right box.

Did you upload the image or selected it from the file? Make sure you have selected the right image. Logically, whatever you have done is right. Try repeating the same procedure. There must be some step missing.
