We don't seem to get any replies anymore... Why is that? Without being disrespectful, if Viart want a paying public, then we need to know that the support is there if we need it.
An answer would be great guys, even if it is only 'please wait we are working on it'. I have raised a support ticket, but that hasn't been answered yet either....
