Donna, just wondering what kind of problems? I've been wanting to try the USPS module at least, but haven't yet. I use PayPal pro which has a pretty excellent interface to create posted shipping labels to the address passed by ViArt. But, I'd sure like to work from ViArt directly if feasible.
