I wanted to send an email to everyone that had purchased a specific item/software product from me. But I could not find an option to send to everyone that bought my software product.
 
Did I miss it or Is Viart missing this function?

The best I can think of:
 
go to Orders Maintenance ... select all order.
At the bottom Export these.
 
Select e-mail address for export.
 
A bit convoluted but it works

Under newsletter, create your email, and then on the bottom there's an option for who gets it... do the purchased by
