Is there a way to set items to be able to be paid with points all at once? Currently the only way I have found to allow them is to go to each individual item and switch it from 'not allowed', to 'allowed'.
 
Points are set to be allowed globally in the product settings menu but still each item will not allow them unless I switch it in the 'points' section.

D2shops - if you don't get a response it is likely that fellow users don't have the answer; I would then recommend asking Viart with a support ticket.

...assuming there isn't an easy way to do it all at once in the admin (which I don't know for sure) - I would say export the product data (from the admin) - open this file in some spreadsheet software... then change the data for all the products in that one column.. you should be able to do this change with a single copy/paste... then upload the data, thereby updating your products...
 
...I do this kind of thing regularly, but if you haven't done this before.. please be careful!!! (keep a backup copy of all the data - maybe do a test on a few products first to make sure it's all fine - before you update your whole shop)
