I've recently upgraded to 4.1 and my customers tell me they cannot submit a helpdesk ticket. The error is mentioning a 200 limit. I've purchased the enterprise edition and was wondering if this is a limit of this version. I would like to get the limit taken off as I have help desk tickets going back years that I would like to keep.

Tickets limitation applies only to the free version so most likely you forgot to regenerate your license file after upgrade. You are always welcome to contact our support team for more information.
