Just by chance take a look at your setup, if you have
the setting for example: http://yourwebiste.com/confirmed.php
does not work. You might change it to http://www.yourwebiste.com/confirmed.php
 
leaving the www. off can cause this problem.

Understand I have not used egold, but like other gateways that payments are processed - are actually a shopping cart
themselves.
 
Check your set-up at egold, you should have fill-in something in the following.
 
area:
message to send when customer complete the payment process:
 
1. Order confirm - linking to your message - thank you message - your html - example http//www.mybusiness.com/thankyou.html
 
2. Order denied - linking to your message - Sorry your payment was not approve - your html.
 
Log into egold and check your links as mention previously, if you enter the wrong linking then egold pops its own message.
 
I believe for this reason you get the error message when in fact payment had been process.

there wont be anything in egold like order confirm ,denied ... e-gold is just like money send and receive . no more options

What we can see from the image, the main problem is that you haven't specified the PAYEE_PASSPHRASE parameter in the eGold settings and on the edit page for eGold payment system.
 
Also, we recommend you not to place the images that contain any data of your shopping cart on the forum for security reasons.
