Description
There was a number of problems with ads such as missing get_translation function in some places, incorrect redirect in admin, not working Terms and Conditions and an error on Settings > Ads > Advanced Search page.

Download the updated files:

Further, extract the files above into appropriate folders of your shop replacing existing ones. Please do not forget to make a backup in case something goes wrong.

Is the user_ads_terms file in that goes in the root folder supposed to be a php file or an html? It looks like the user_ads_terms files for the /templates/user and root directories are identical html files.
