I checked the permissions but it will not let me update the page.
 
Any Ideas?

As you get error 403 please check file permissions for admin_credit_card_info.php. They must be 644 to work properly.

I was also getting this error V 3.6
 
Checked CHMOD was set to 644
 
Hosting provider says we can use .HTACCESS
 
SecFilterEngine Off
SecFilterScanPOST Off
 
But they inform me it is really a script error and should be fixed.
 
With the above in .HTACCESS all works fine, but long term this may well be a security hole.

I have no problems v3.6:
- but if I use the url
admin_credit_card_info.php
I get redirected to
admin_payment_systems.php
