one of my hosting clients forgot there admin password for viart cart login, we generally dont support this but they host 112 sites with us, is there a script or a file to edit to reset the admin-backend password as i would like to help them out on this, thanks Jay

Yes, it is possible to change admin password if you know FTP login to this site. Please write a support ticket with your client's FTP and we'll help you to change admin password.
