Someone recently commented that admin should be able to access everything the customer can see.
Here is my example: when I view
Administration > Site Users > Edit User Info
for a customer account
I want to be able to change the newsletter status. Whilst I include an unsubscribe link in my newsletters I want to be able to respond to an e-mail request to unsubscribe by doing it for the customer rather than telling them to go and do it themselves - an important aspect of good customer care and service.
The only ways I know to do this are:
Log in as the customer and change it - not goof practice
Delete the entry from the database - again not good.
Please, Viart, can some time be put into allowing admin access to and edit options of client data of all sorts?
