Just for a change, instead of grouching, I would like to say how great your shopping cart is.
 
I have tried many, in the end settling for a variation of oscommerce which I have used for the last four years, but this is much easier to use and more intuitive.
 
The main modules like payment and shipping are configured well without the need to touch the code (unless you mess it up like me ). However the main advantages of the cart for me... a lowly merchant... are all the extras in the back end, including options, stock keeping and flexible reports. It makes the sales side much more simple, and the ability to keep stock as options is a great tool for shop owners.
 
It is easy to change the look of the store with the simple block system.

I feel I should add to battleaxe's comments.
I think that Viart is a great program - it is so easy to find something wrong; don't we all get that sometimes from our own customers?
I have been working on my new [Viart] store for several weeks ready to replace my existing [squirrelcart] one and I continue to be surprised and impressed by the range of features.
Do yourselves a favour guys - produce a detailed manual; reduce the demands for help and properly show the world how good your software is.
Even so, don't expect us to go soft in our demands! :)
