i using viart_shop 3.3.1 ,i need help on how "System to be adjusted to account for the minimum purchase of $100 to redeem $10 voucher from new Subscribers/Shoppers".

i explaing clearly
 
whenever customer subscribed through E_newsletter, on that time we need to send $10 gift voucher ,
for that we must check that customer purchased products more than $100 or not ,if he purchased more than $100 then system will automatically sent $10 gift voucher to his email id,and this fecility for only new subscribers/shopper(System to be adjusted to account for the minimum purchase of $100 to redeem $10 voucher from new Subscribers/Shoppers)any feature from admin side?.
