It says until (so last day would be 31.12).

Then it would say untill the 31st. you would not add another day to the one you mean.

It may be worth updating your offer page to relect this information but rather than saying till the 7th you should be clear and say "Offer available till midnight on the 6th Jan 2008" as the 6th is not the 7th.

I purchased on January 2nd, I suppose customers who bought in this timeframe will get a partial refund?
