Description
For some non-standard headers (e.g. with client signature and sent from Apple-Mail) the email message is not parsed to the ticket correctly resulting in the ticket without any text. You can read what is email parser and if you need it by visiting

Download the file above and extract 'support_parser.php' in the /includes folder of your shop replacing existing file. Please do not forget to make a backup copy of the current file in case something goes wrong.
