Description
1) Due to new multi-shipping logic the tag {shipping_tracking_id} was not inserting the code in the email.
 
2) Shipping Tracking Number does not show up on User Home > My Orders > View order.

Extract 'order_items.php' in 'includes' folder and 'block_user_home.html' in 'templates/user' replacing existing files. Please do not forget to make a backup copy of the current files in case something goes wrong.
