Can ayone PLEASE tell me how to use a tracking number for shipping? We use USPS and we've lost a lot of packages in the mail, thus bothering customers. How do we automatically charge them for tracking?

Hi Mikey You could use the Processing Fee that is found in each Payment System you use.
It shows up under the Shipping as "Processing Fee". That title could be changed to "Tracking Fee" by changing PROCESSING_FEE_MSG in the Cart Messages ... found in System Messages.
